24-Hour Notice
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours before your appointment.

Late Cancellations
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service price.

No-Shows
No-shows will be charged 100% of the service and may require a deposit for future bookings.

Running Late?
If you’re more than 5-10 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment to keep the day on track.

Life Happens
I totally get that things come up. One grace exception may be given for emergencies.

Broken/Damaged Nails
I offer a 24-hour fix window for any lifting, chipping, or application-related issues free of charge. if a nail breaks, lifts, or chips within 24 hours of your appointment, please notify me within that same 24-hour period so i can ASSESS the issue and schedule a repair if needed. after the 24-hour window, repairs start at $10 per nail, with pricing depending on length, design, and ammount of repair needed. damage caused by accidents, picking, biting, or improper aftercare will be charGED accordingly.
